The Voyage

       Are you ready for the most exhilarating journey of your life? 

I, Christopher Columbus, want you on my ship that will sail across the Atlantic sea. Our mission is to find a sea route to China.

           If you are craving to hold precious gold in your bare two hands or if you are curious to discover what a-waits in those vast open waters, then you are wanted on my boat, The Santa Maria. Furthermore fame possibly will cross your path when we arrive back from this trip for we will be the first crew to have sailed the Atlantic Ocean.

          However you have to be fairly strong and brave to handle an adventure like this one. I prefer sailors between the ages of 20 to 30. You have to be able to travel without being seasick and you have to be a good swimmer. Fighting skills will be needed just in case we intersect with enemies. My prediction is that we will be gone for quite some time so I look for patience and optimism in my troop, because even though I’m sure we will uncover outstanding treasures, the crossing probably will be long and harsh for all of us.

        If you think you are qualified for such a voyage than remember to come to Port-Precon on Monday March 14, 1492.

Cyberbullying

My thoughts on the videos
I thought the video was very clear on showing their point to stop cyberbullying. However if they had wanted to make cyberbullying more understandable they should have showed how the teenagers who were insulted reacts to the insults. For example they could have showed one of the girls crying on their way home. That would have shown how cyberbullying can hurt someone.
I remember my mom had read an article about cyberbullying and told me one tragic accident cyberbullying caused.
The story is that two girls who were best friends stopped being friends because one of the friends just stopped talking to the other girl. The girl who was hurt by her friend’s action told everything to her mom. Her mom, who knew that her daughter’s ex friend was taking pills to fight depression, went online and pretended to be a teenager and started insulting the girl continuously every day. At one point the girl who was being insulted committed suicide. I forgot if she died or not but i do remember that the adult who caused the suicide was not arrested. I hope that adult feels guilty and will never do that ever again.

Hi my name is Clara. D and this project is all about me.

The first category is my hobbies. I love shopping and sleeping is one of my biggest pastimes. I enjoy listening to music, watching movies or TV series and I like to read books.

I like watching TV series instead of movies. The TV series that I love the most is Grey’s Anatomy and my second favorite is Private Practice.

Like I already said earlier I love to read books, but the one series of books that I absolutely love is the Twilight Saga.  The author of these amazing books is Stephenie Meyer. Twilight has had so much success that they are actually making a movie out of it. The movie is coming out in November.

Everybody likes eating food but what I love eating the most are desserts. The one dessert that I could eat any day and anywhere is raspberry cake. Otherwise I like eating cookies, brownies, tiramisu, and chocolate cake.

My final categories are just random things that I like. I love Teddy bears! especially big and soft ones! I like poppies, snow, ice cream, and polar bears.

Since this is a short week I was not able to learn as much as I normally should. Yesturday in language arts I learned about the feudal system in Europe during the middle ages. The feudal system is similar to the class system they use to use in Egypt. The First category which means the ones who have all the power and right are the kings and queens. The second level are the nobles who have some power and some rights but they don’t have power on the King and Queens. The third level are the knights, they have some power but no rights. Last but not least are the peasants, they do not have any rights or power but they have the biggest population. I find this system unfair but thats basically how every organization is set.

A Blog is a site where you can bassicly post anything you want. You can post your dislikes, likes, ur interests, anything. A Blog can be kept private or you can tell your freinds all about it and they can go visit your blog. Your Blog could be abything you want it to be and anyone or everyone can see it.
